My 2002 BMW 330CI engine light came on and the car started running very rough. I called and spoke with Lucas who was able to book me in short order. When I dropped off the car, reception was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Lucas called me later in the day with the update. I needed a new thermostat and air intake boot ring. One of the parts had to come from Toronto. I received a call the next morning earlier than expected saying everything was done and ready to go. All in all I was very impressed with the service I received and most importantly the car is running well again. Thanks Exurocar!

I made an appointment and brought my car to them this morning. Although they were not able to fix my problem (BMW doesn’t share the tool for Valvetronics), the customer service we received was second to none. Thanks for the wonderful service. We will be back

We have had a big nail in our front right summer tire. We called all over Orillia because we needed to swap these tires out to get our Winter tires put on. The one with the nail was leaking air fast and a major pain. Nobody could get us in sooner than 2 weeks wait. Exurocar got us in with a cancellation for Monday at 3pm after calling them on a Friday Afternoon. Fantastic service and a huge relief as we have a ton of driving to do. They seem friendly and professional so far but we have yet to use this shop for mechanical repairs.
